Luckily, we at Fitness Results have compiled our fitness knowledge and expertise into an easy-to-read book!

The 30 Minute Body: Small Investment - Big Results is a great resource for understanding how to safely and effectively reach your fitness goals. It's a quick and easy read, written out in laymen's terms so beginners and advanced lifters alike can read and enjoy. This book also includes personal challenges our clients have had through their fitness journey and how to overcome them.

Over the next few weeks, I will breakdown the information presented in this book and provide you with the highlights. We don’t claim to have the answers to fix all health and fitness problems, but we do claim to provide simple, clear, easy-to-understand information that will help you make the right decisions about your personal health and fitness goals.

The 30 Minute Body book will help you realize all the positive and safe benefits of our program and understand why it’s so effective. Our goal is to help you understand proper weight training principles, nutrition and cardio, and bust common fitness myths along the way. Through this book, we hope to change the way society views exercise – not as something that is very hard and time-consuming, but something that can produce huge positive changes in as little as three 30 minute workouts a week.

This book is intended for our clients who know us personally at Fitness Results, those who train with us on the week to week basis.
