Lance McCullough's "Shake Theory" in his new book, "30 Minute Body" has been skyrocketing my strength! As a Pro Figure Competitor and Fitness Model, I'm not an amateur in training. However, I've never had my body go from my off season to my on season build, and even better, so quickly, EVER! Lance says it's in this "Shake" that you improve, and he's absolutely right!
The way he breaks this theory and others, along with nutrition, myths of training and supplements and so much more, is so informative and life changing.
This book is great for newbies in fitness and pro's alike. For the newbies, you learn time-saving methods to get the best bang for your time spent and for the pro's, he helps us push ourselves even further and to train smarter and safer!
This is definitely a must read but even more so, it's a book I refer back to time and time again; I know you will too!

I have been active all my life and have always tried to maintain strength and keep the weight off.
